It means a lot to me, seriously.
This is my way of giving back to the community that has given me so much.
Don't worry, my cranium still fits through the doorway, I'll let you know when I can't leave the apartment anymore.

LadyM and lorraine are sort of correct
PJ Pants when I'm at home most of the time... Canadian Winter, and all.
I actually do a large portion of my thinking and coding during downtime at work... So during those periods, I'm wearing pants
Seriously though folks, thank you for the thanks...

**DL sees the post and cringes "This is the person who always asks for the most impossible things to be done!"**
Would it be possible to get a more user friendly PM box system? It is really annoying when deleting or moving a PM to be taken back to the main menu instead of the next PM like a normal e-mail program (i.e. yahoo, etc.)

Totally feasible. I'd need to investigate the code required before comitting, but I suspect it's minor. |
Well, to expand on this idea a bit, further integration of all aspects of M.A.I.L. in this way. Gallery, Weaves, Articles, all with a question/comment link?

will the "last seen" code work a little better in 3.0? i mean, this is related to the login stuff, so, it should, right?
if not, it's cool, but it would be nice if it was a mildly accurate reference for seeing when someone was around..

I have already rewritten the code that scans for when a member was last seen.
The new Member Display pages 'Last Seen' is accurate, it also shows you if a member is online now.
It shows the last MAIL 3.0 or Forum login. (Logins using the 2.5 version of the site won't be counted, but that will rapidly be disappearing)

This may've been asked already in this thread, but please please please extend the time for or get rid of the auto-log out. Putting together lengthy PM's or forum posts, reviewing/editing articles etc are a pain in the butt enough without the site deciding to eat them.

The Forum issues should disappear with the new version. The current version is set for it's longest 'session logged in' time... And I don't think I've ever actually had it log me out.
The main site itself, articles, etc... Will essentially become one with phpBB's login sessions, so the 15 minute logout thing will be a problem of the past.

Can I request a duplicate of the goto page links found at the bottom of multipage threads to be at the top of each page also? Around where the next and previous thread links are would be good.
Cheers

It would also be nice to have the "Mark all topics read" link at the top so I don't have to scroll alllllllll the way down to the bottom of the list in order to mark them all as read. |
