I need to know what type of software I need to make the 3D ring diagrams in the weave instructions. I need to make instructions for my classes and doing 3D diagrams like in the weaves instructions would be great. Can anyone help me?

Look for a free product called POV-Ray. Many folks use it for 3-D graphics. It's a bit more complicated than some, but you can't beat the price or features.

Daz is about the easiest to learn, tut's here http://www.daz3d.com/i.x/tutorial/0/-

Blender is another good app, here http://www.blender.org/download/get-blender/ and there are great tut's on wikipedia here http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Blender_3D:_Noob_to_Pro

No matter your tech level, diving into 3D graphics is going to be a time consuming prospect...be patient but pesistant....good luck.

This site never fails to amaze me. Like synchronicity...anytime I need something, I click on the right discussion.

Thanks for the help all. Just downloaded Daz3d...let's hope the learning curve isn't too steep.
