I agree with alcomene that it was a hard choice. I went with Jfair's handflower because it proves the concept is acceptable wear for guys if done right!!

Though I did like GreyElk's interpretation of the theme

Thanks ED! It means a lot to me that you liked one of my pieces. I am going to go back and change that curb chain to a chainmaille chain though!!! I just didn't have the time before the contest was over.

I voted for lacemailler's 2nd ring b/c I know how hard it can be to size a ring out of maille and for this one to have a maille flower as a centerpiece and it looks like it fits well....this just seemed like a lot of detail and work (plus that flower is just great!)....I had to narrow it down to like 6 and then pick....it was very difficult! Everyone entered such nice things!

My 6 year old daughter voted for GreyElk's inlay though! She loved it!

I can't really go through and say which ones were the most impressive b/c as I scroll through, they all are impressive in one way or another....whether it be pure creativity of design, ability to work with metals I won't (heavy ga steel!), ability to utilize beads & stones beautifully, or making a weave I haven't even tried or am scared of Razz, or being able to use colors that complement each other well.....you all gave something great to me by entering and letting me enjoy your work!
