Mobius was patented in 1995, making the patent lapsed since 2015.

Time to update the text?

Im not really convinced the patent would have really been protectable, seems to me Mead Simon just filed it on a whim.

I wholeheartedly agree.

Had There been a big case, it would probably have been thrown out as ”obvious” or only useable for stress balls and only stress balls.

Either way, the trademark and patent are lapsed, and as such, should not be noted as current.
