The story lets me understand how it fits the theme.

We may need to include that when they post the winner.
It may be helpful when they are looking back at the archives.

It may also help when voting. Previously the voting threads have only had a picture.

Just a thought.

All the theme contest voting threads I have started have a link back to the contest entry so that you can see more pictures and read the descriptions. I also say that at the start of every voting thread. Sad

I like your bracelet too, djgm...though it makes me think more of those little sugar skulls from Dia de los Muertos. Very Happy

I'm in. I was recently commissioned by my nephew to make something for him that should fit the theme. As it's intended to be his Christmas present, I should have it completed in time.

This is an Egyptian winged sun disc inspired necklace, I'd say more about the myth associated with it but never really studied it so i won't embarrass myself.

This is either Mjollnir or some sort of a Tibetan fertility idol. weaves used were CIR and Boxchain, made out of stainless steel.

I wanted to make something that looked more like the one in the movie. This is my version. It is about 2 1/2" long, stainless steel and bone.

Oooh, I like!

What weave did you use for the hammer head? It looks like something Byzantine.
Stats on the rings?
