I was looking at Orbital Super Berus 4 in 1 Chain and saw this image in the "gallery images tagged using this weave" and noticed there are no orbital connections in this one. The large rings don't skip a link in the small chains.

Maybe this image constitutes a new weave. Anyway, admins can do as they will, just wanted to let someone know.

I don't see any orbitals in Orbital Vipera Berus 2 Chains either.

so that's scaling then? I am a fan of the "stitched" terminology tipo master uses. or is that better as AE connection, or something else entirely?

I guess you're right, they're not actually orbital connections in Orbital Super Berus 4 in 1 Chain either. The large rings connect to rings 1 and 3 of the small chains, and the next large ring will connect to rings 2 and 4, completely encircling one pair of small links, but they do connect.

Could be scaled...I didn't see a better term for it on the list.

If you look at the tags for Orbital Vipera Berus 2 Chains and Orbital Vipera Berus, you will find that neither have been given a structure tag for Orbital. This is because they are not true orbitals, but are quasi-orbitals. It is unfortunate that the names are rather misleading, but Orbital Vipera Berus has had that name for such a long time that changing it now would cause even more confussion and Orbital Vipera Berus 2 Chains being based on it had to be named similarly. The gallery image was tagged to Orbital Vipera Berus 2 Chains as that was the weave that it was modified from.

No, none of those exhibit scaling. The tag definitions thread gives a definition for and an example of scaling.
