should people be able to handle the quilt?

so far i have been allowing people to touch it.. pick up the individual patches and play with them gently.

i'm working on a 9th patch now so we won't have it separate for much longer.

While I never got a patch done *lowers head in shame* My thought would be if it is done in a manner that you were just describing it would be OK to handle it, but once it is assembled that may prove to be more difficult.
