If you want a tight but symmetrical weave go for an AR of 3.5. Assuming 20ga AWG with little springback, use 7/64" ID (2.8mm).

Do you mean this one: http://www.mailleartisans.org/gallery/gallerydisplay.php?key=8322 ? The ring sizes you mention are a bit larger than the ring sizes mentioned in that gallery submission.

(..) And that spool size (called B300) (..)
I know them as K300 (for the metal basket-type ones that need an adapter when used in a MIG welder) and D300 (the plastic ones), never heard of B300 before ...

If anyone's looking for 4043 alloy wire (also called AlSi5 alloy) in Europe, I have a bunch of 6kg spools of 0,75mm that I don't use (one spool is A LOT of wire, let alone what, 8?). It's very soft an ...

BladeMaster-Raven, I don't think off-site hosting (on its own) is a good option. Off-site hosted images have an average lifespan of maybe a couple of years (depending on the host and uploader), after ...

You have a good point that people just don't upload that much, and that an upload limit would encourage people to only submit their best stuff.

I'm all for increasing the file size limit. If it me ...

I think not requiring people to resize their images will give complaints like "Why can't I post more than two images in my gallery?", i.e. people that don't know anything about file size, up ...

As always, you're free to submit something... It is up to the voters to decide if it fits the theme or not.
Yes, but if the theme were "Candleholders", and somebody came with a really nic ...

Sorry lorraine, missed that post. I understand why you don't want to encourage people 'playing' with fire.

I think tweemaster1 meant something like a lantern to put a tealight in, which is somethin ...
