Figured I'd chime in on this one, phosphor bronze welds decent too.

For Titanium Type 1, Grade 1 should be about the softest you can get.

If I were to work w/ titanium again I'd want to use T1, G4 as it's almost like spring steel and when you go to cut it the mater ...
