Really that ideal AR for rosettemaille needs some tweaking, a pic that highlights the potential of the design wouldnt hurt either.

I dont mean to be desparaging but surly the 1/10 of an inch cuts is inacurate. 1/10of an inch is massive by industry standards.

If you want the price low one set of role playing dice is enough, I would recommend 16swg 1/4 for 4in1. 5/16 is more a 6in1 ring

Im not sure what you mean by "rolling" but there are a number of tutorials linked from the [weave=Byzantine] page

are the 6inch cuts 1/8 or 0.07?? it might not be worth the pain, 6inches is not really enough length to work a consistent ring size, you would need a micro bar bending tool made for the job and cuttin ...
