if you want it stronger you should make J 4in2 or experiment with larger wire diameters for the 1 ring.

getting any weave around a 3/16 will be tight. i would go with something more flexible. i think you would need to use micromaille regardless of the weave, have you considered just slipping 3/16 rings ...

Really that ideal AR for rosettemaille needs some tweaking, a pic that highlights the potential of the design wouldnt hurt either.

I dont mean to be desparaging but surly the 1/10 of an inch cuts is inacurate. 1/10of an inch is massive by industry standards.

If you want the price low one set of role playing dice is enough, I would recommend 16swg 1/4 for 4in1. 5/16 is more a 6in1 ring
