Heheh. Great idea in theory but I have this problem where if I make a bunch of stuff ahead of time to just eat as needed, I end up eating about six times as much as I would if I just cooked one meal ...

@Konstantin: The drift is a bit rectangular. It's got a larger length than width and is angled into a point which sets into a hole on the other side of the tongs. Would a picture help?

I second MusicMan. TRL has 18ga anodized Al wire! Find a.5/16" mandrel and youre good to go!

Perhaps a better lubricant might help resolve this? Ive never heard of candlewax being used for metal cutting...
