I'm going to rummage my brain for ideas on juggling pins. So far, I think LARGE captive inverted round for the pin portion of it (at least 1/2" rings), and possibly a J 12-in-3 cube for the end of it? ...

Long answer? It's not worth the trouble to DIYS in this case... just buy enamelled copper wire.
