I would say get eyelets that are just a little bigger than your wire diameter not your ring diameter. Than you can put the eyelets in the bag and thread the ring through the eyelet as if it was anoth ...

Could also be [weave=Persian Dragonscale] with the outside Persian rings being large enough to cover the [weave=European 4 in 1]

I like the look of it though. How flexible is it?

Similar to what artyinsc said I usually tie the rings together with a twist-tie to keep them stable.

I would say either Box or Olivia. It is really hard to tell from the picture.

As far as AR I would try around a 3.8 or round abouts.
