Oh, I've got a ton...

My first attempt at a chess piece using Japanese cube... Used ridiculous numbers of rings, and looked like crap. I gave up on it when it was about half done, and since it's ju ...

I'd also highly suggest celtic visions, if you get all the appropriate ring sizes. This is a head dress that I made using celtic visions: http://spiritofiron.com/galleries/index.php?view=image&id= ...

How much precious metal is worth it depends SEVERELY on what you're making, and for what purpose. I work in some sterling silver, and I love the results, but I also work in a great deal of stainless s ...

See, I do not believe that the metric system should be completely standard on the board as long as it's not completely standard in our suppliers. Gauge conversions result in the occassional miscommuni ...

Keep in mind with aluminum that it has problems with rub-off. It depends somewhat on skin chemistry, but in general, basic aluminum and bright aluminum leave an ugly gray residue on your skin which is ...

I actually already have a bikini top in (mostly) hexagons, with a couple pentagons woven in to achieve the appropriate curvature. It needs a little bit of retailoring, which is a big project in that w ...

The thing that drives me crazy that I really like metric, but I can't order my materials in metric, and as long as I'm buying my materials in gauges and my mandrels in fractions of an inch, then conve ...

It depends a lot on the ring sizes you have availible. I wrap little dichromatic glass disks with 3/16", 18 gauge rings, using two chains of HP 3-in-1 connected Euro 4-in-1 style, which is essent ...

And yes, Celtic Visions is an incredibly versatile family... Ridiculously versatile for a weave so ornate. When you start con ...
