I'm looking for about 2oz 20SWG (.032") 3/16"ID black AA rings.

Otherwise I'd be willing to buy about 2oz of black AA wire if rings are not available.

Let's see if I can explain it better. Start with a chain of 1-1, say 5 rings, but it can be any length. Lay it flat on a table. It should look like this:

I think my "speed weaving" E4:1 is similar to Wolfric's. Make 2 chains about 10 rings long and lay them flat next to each other. They should look something like this:
