I echo ccleaner, its excellent for clearing out the registry and other junk files. I would also recommend mydefrag for disk defragmentation, it has a variety of scripts for different disks data/system ...

I say BA would be your best bet. Also you could sneak some rubber rings in for a further reduction in weight.

I would suggest jewellers saw. You'll hit cheap and good. With a bit of practice you'll be able to crank out rings at a pretty good clip

I've always found magnetized pliers to be more on the annoying side. The rings never sit right and I often pick up more than one. Its more of an inconvenience in my experience.
