Hey, Parthe - I agree with Slagr, your problem sounds like your AR is too tight for the 6-1 to lay flat, if I'm understanding what you're saying about it curling up.

I agree with Josiah Bishop, but I love your AR on the Byzantine. If there's one thing that catches my eye, it's a nice compact Byz that's just the right AR. Beautiful work!

You can try putting them in a pillow case with some rice, tie it up real well and stick it in the dryer on no heat. Double bagging it might be a good idea if you use the dryer, as rice and rings loose ...

Do you mean to convert ID from fractions of an inch to mm? Or to go from gauge (awg or swg) to mm?
