oh heck yes.

in an anodizing setup you really need a variac with good control rather than more power. i would personally use a variac rated for 1-1.5 amps and really good voltage discrimination. ...

i must say that the speed an average drill can put out is not really going to give you the performance you want.

you are much better off getting a 1/4 to 1/2 Horse Power electric motor and attachi ...

yep, that's kinda what i had thought also.

we really should poll the membership about this rather than deciding, as this is a pretty major change.

thanks for the info... but the customer has changed his mind.. any thoughts on what the weight of the material would be using 5/16" 14g Brite Aluminum?

i'm personally esimating about 12-14lbs

honestly,

with the work i have done for people, if it's in an area that you want it to hide something, a thin (coat or wallet weight) leather backing should be used... that is unless you like the ...
