You need to anneal your rings after cutting them. The ends are hardened from cutting, causing them to slip away. I had the same problem. Hope this helps Very Happy

Well I'd have to see him first as I doubt he has a camera, but I can try. It's quite sloppy though, but maybe it can be done in a uniform way.

A friend of mine tried Dscale and accidentally wove the small rings in a way where they didn't stack like normal, and it was basically a wall of mail. Seems like it would be useful for baskets.

I get the sense that flattened rings are stronger, can someone confirm this? I'll make a few sheets out of the 3/8 and 1/4 and post results once they are ready.
